Grieg confirms IHN virus in Canada

Grieg Seafood BC Ltd. on Thursday received preliminary positive results indicating that the IHN (infectious hematopoietic necrosis) virus has been identified at one of its salmon farms in British Columbia.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has confirmed the presence of IHN (infectious hematopoietic necrosis) virus at Grieg Seafood’s Culloden Point salmon farm in British Columbia.
